Working:

The solution automates the packing process by printing and applying barcode labels on finished goods as per item codes. In the finished goods warehouse, barcode labels are scanned to update inventory in the ERP system. For dispatch, the ERP system updates invoice numbers, item codes, and quantities into handheld mobile computer barcode scanners (HHT). After dispatch, the inventory is adjusted in the ERP, and a dispatch challan linked to the invoice number is generated, providing complete traceability and accurate records.
